RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

As much as we want you to love your Xray Footwears, sometimes there are reasons why you might want to return or exchange your orderIf you’ve ordered the wrong size or any other reasons, you can always exchange or return it (within the contiguous U.S.) so long as:

  1. Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or wear on soles), and in their original packaging.

  2. Your return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your original order. And 30 days for exchanges.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. Or only issue a partial refund.

REFUNDS

Once our facility has received your return, we will immediately release your funds to your financial institution. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be issued. If it’s been longer than the said time, please contact your banking company for an estimate of when you can expect to see the funds on your bank statement.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous U.S.

Orders with expedited shipping that is placed after 2:00 PM EST will not ship the same day. Please note that orders do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
