RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We pride ourselves on going the extra mile to ensure you are 100% happy with your Xray footwear order. But sometimes, the perfect pair takes a few tries. You can exchange or return your items as long as they meet the following criteria:

  1. Your return/exchange request is submitted within 30 days on the date of purchase.
  2. Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or wear on soles), and in their original packaging.
  3. Your return/exchange request is from Our Website. Otherwise, please contact the retailer of where you purchased the item so they can further assist you with your concern.
  4. For International returns (no exchange available), you must purchase your own shipping label to ship the item/s back to us.
  5. We can only provide a free return/exchange once.
  6. No return/exchange for final sale items and/or orders with a final sale discount code.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. We will provide a FREE shipping label for your return/exchange, however there is a fixed $7.95 restocking fee for all return and exchange requests.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and checked for refund eligibility  – we will release the funds back to your original payment method. It may take 3-5 business day from the time we initiate your refund until the funds show on your statement. If it’s been longer than 5 days since we confirmed your refund- please contact your bank.

We offer free shipping on all US domestic orders. Place your order today!

Orders with expedited shipping that is placed after 2:00 PM EST will ship the following business day. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
